These Terms govern your engagement with Rta Systems for consulting services and your use of this website. By booking a consultation, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Offered

Rta Systems provides Vedic astrology-based consulting services including Career Consultation, Relationship Consultation, Complete Birth Chart Analysis (India and Outside India) and specialised Birth Time Rectification research.

2. Booking & Payment

• Consultations are booked via WhatsApp Business.
• Payment is confirmed before the session or before research commences.
• Fees are quoted on the website and in the confirmation message.

3. Refund Policy

As every consultation requires dedicated research and chart preparation, fees are non-refundable once research has begun. Cancellations before research commences may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

4. Rescheduling

Rescheduling is available up to 24 hours before the confirmed slot, subject to availability. Please write to us on WhatsApp Business as early as possible.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate birth details (date, time, place).
• Attend the consultation in a quiet, private environment where possible.
• Approach the session with realistic expectations — this is a research-oriented practice, not a prediction service.

6. Limitation of Liability

Guidance is offered for informational and reflective purposes only. All decisions taken by the client are their own responsibility. Rta Systems does not accept liability for outcomes arising from actions taken based on consultations.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — text, branding, imagery, methodology descriptions — is the intellectual property of Rta Systems and may not be reproduced without written permission.
